i am now thankfully and gratefully on the other side of many, many years of adversity, having navigated the treacherous currents of childhood trauma and abandonment, a survivor of PTSD.
And being on the other side of such adversity i have become a teacher, a stage actor, photographer, blogger, podcaster, gardener, house renovator, baker, knitter, listener and much more. i am so, so grateful!
My innate curiosity and sense of wonder compel me beyond preordained boundaries, my inner child guiding me to always colour outside of the lines.
i am committed in my quest to unearth truth, in my quest to help those who are ready to help themselves… this is a deep passion and love, in being of service to my fellow adventurers.

A child learns when love teaches
For the past two decades, I have served as a teacher of English and theatre/drama for the most part in the enchanting peninsula of Italy (with stints also in Poland, Turkey, UK and Ireland) a tenure that has bestowed upon my path a blissful blessing of contact, a crossing with a vast, vast number of diverse individuals of every age and station, hailing from every corner of this land and beyond. Their cumulative stories, shared in trust across the years, have proven to be an inexhaustible font of enrichment. Ah, what merriment and laughter! What moments of transcendent beauty and pure joy that have graced my life through these encounters.
