RADIATE LOVE ❤️
In the wee hours of Sunday 21st June of this year, 2026, dear friends, on the Summer solstice, i took up residence in my garden upon a wooden bench beneath a cherry tree. A most tranquil and luxurious abode it was too.
And bestowed upon myself the sublime gift of witnessing, even paying homage to, a star glittered, wondrous sky surrendering itself to daylight, accompanied by the unfolding of an extraordinary phenomenon: –
an avian symphony… the dawn chorus.
The dawn chorus, the collective morning song of birds, a highly evolved biological ritual with profound ecological, psychological, physiological and even spiritual significance for the human listener.
The dawn chorus is an invitation dear friends—to listen deeper, live wilder, and resist the forces of industrialized disconnection (Nature Deficit Disorder). It is nature’s way of saying: “You are not alone.”
And so dear friends, if i may, i would like to share with you a few moments of field recording i captured on that wondrous night/morning, capturing the beauty of this gloriously gallant, divine choir.
