RADIATE LOVE ❤️
Instead of asking ‘what if God was one of us’ we were to hold in our minds the belief that God is within each of us.
It says in Luke 17:21 ‘Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.’
There is not the need to be looking outside of yourself for someone to save the day, no need to look to a human guide, teacher, priest or preacher, you have the power of God within you to save you and your loved ones.
We are all at different stages along our journey… you do not need a complete understanding, it’s more a case of following the heart. It’s the heart center. It’s that divine within that is waiting for you to just come back into alignment. One person in alignment is more powerful than a million that are not. Or in the uplifting words of Dr. David R. Hawkins:
“The spiritually committed people are influencing others just by that which they have become.”
So do let us all endeavour to share and cooperate with each other and let us enjoy this beautiful journey together.
Looking deep within ourselves, listening for the voice and guidance of the Spirit. The ‘Buddha within’ as the buddhist philosophy refers to it.
God is within us, His Spirit is within us, the Christ consciousness is within us, the Kingdom of God is within us.
The kingdom of God is very much within you.
Lyrics
If God had a name what would it be?
And would you call it to his face?
If you were faced with him
In all his glory
What would you ask if you had just one question?
And yeah, yeah, God is great
Yeah, yeah, God is good
Yeah, yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah
What if God was one of us?
Just a slob like one of us
Just a stranger on the bus
Trying to make his way home
If God had a face what would it look like?
And would you want to see
If seeing meant that
you would have to believe
in things like heaven and in Jesus and the saints
and all the prophets
Trying to make his way home
Back up to heaven all alone
Nobody calling on the phone
‘cept for the Pope maybe in Rome
Just trying to make his way home
Like a holy rolling stone
Back up to heaven all alone
Just trying to make his way home
Nobody calling on the phone
cept for the Pope maybe in Rome
